The 8th Munich Advanced Course in International Law, entitled, International law without territory? – Governing spaces, resources and people beyond the confines of state territory, will be held 31 July – 14 August 2019 at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Munich, Germany). Topics covered include high seas governance. Applications are welcome until 1 April 2019 (first application period) or 1 May 2019 (second application period).
