The Brazilian Institute of Law of the Sea (BILOS) shall host its IV Congress of the Brazilian Institute of Law of the Sea on the 12-13 November 2020 at the University of Caxias do Sul (Caxias do Sul, Brazil). The submission of draft papers is welcome until 1 July 2020. The submission of papers is welcome until 2 August 2020.
