The Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies (Leiden University) will host the 47th Edition of the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition, 30 May – 1 June 2024, in the Hague (Netherlands). This year’s Case Concerning the Island of Hemret, involves issues of provisional measures, the jurisdiction of international courts and tribunals, incidental proceedings, the authority of advisory opinions, the law of armed conflict, the law of treaties, the law of the sea, and the law of State responsibility. This competition is open to all European universities, including “students who are enrolled in a programme of law at the participating universities and do not already have a master’s degree in law”.
