Utrecht University in collaboration with the Exterritory art project has announced an interdisciplinary 2 day conference entitled, Representations of the (Extra)Territorial: Theoretical and Visual Perspectives, to be held from 22-23 April 2016 at Utrecht University. The conference will consist of four panels, addressing respectively virtual reality, the environment, human rights, and general conceptual shifts in understandings of territoriality.
