The Hague Institute for Global Justice, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, and the Observer Research Foundation (New Delhi), and with support from Leiden University College The Hague, will host a public expert panel discussion entitled, ‘From “Mare Liberum” to “Mare Justum”?’.
