Conference: Symposium on the South China Sea Award

The Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea (NILOS) and the Utrecht Centre for Water Ocean and Sustainability Law (UCWOSL) organize a symposium discussing the pertinent legal issues arising from the PCA Award on The South China Sea Arbitration (The Republic of Philippines v. The People’s Republic of China). The symposium will take place at the Raadzaal of the Utrecht University School of Law (Achter Sint Pieter 200) on 7 December 2016.
