The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and the World Maritime University (WMU) shall host an international workshop, entitled, Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ): Toward Development of a Balanced, Effective and Universal International Agreement, on the 7 February 2019 at the High Court (Malmö, Sweden).
