The American Branch of The International Law Association shall host the International Law Weekend 2020, themed, International Law in Challenging Times, 22-24 October 2020, online. Law of the sea sessions include Climate Change and the Law of the Sea; Submarine Cables and Pipelines under International Law: The Ongoing Work of the ABILA Committee on Law of the Sea and Arbitration of Human Rights at Sea: Giving International Law Teeth by Empowering Victims to Enforce it.
