The JCLOS and FNI will host a side event on the “possible implications of a BBNJ (biodiversity beyond national jurisdiction) Agreement for Arctic marine governance”. The side event is part of the upcoming negotiating session towards a new treaty on marine biodiversity at the United Nations in New York.
