Conference: Oceans + Climate Change Governance

The World Maritime University is hosting a conference on Oceans and Climate Change Governance. Topics to be discussed include the IPCC’s ongoing preparation of a special report on oceans, climate change, and the cryosphere, the ongoing work of the International Law Association’s committee on sea level rise the global discussion of implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 14 and the work of the UN Ad Hoc Committee on Biodiversity in Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction. The event is set to happen in Malmö, Sweden, on 14-15 August 2017. More information available here.
