Seminar: Human Sea – Oceanic Prospectives and Challenges

The Centre de Droit Maritime et Océanique of the University of Nantes, will be hosting a seminar entitled “Oceanic Prospectives and Challenges”. The objective is to discuss High Seas biodiversity, climate change, as well as the perspectives of the emerging international legal framework. It will also consider the legal framework on the environmental liability elaborated by coastal States or the International Seabed Authority.
