The Europa Institute (Leiden University), Grotius Centre (Leiden University) and Amsterdam Center for International Law (University of Amsterdam) shall host a conference, entitled, Governance of International Courts and Tribunals: Ensuring Judicial Independence and Accountability, 20-21 September 2019, at Leiden Law School (Leiden, The Netherlands). Discussions include critical reflection upon the governance of ITLOS.
