Event: Protection of Innocent and Transit Passage in Maritime Chokepoints

The Maritime Policy & Strategy Research Center at Haifa University (Israel) is hosting a webinar entitled “UNCLOS and the Protection of Innocent and Transit Passage in Maritime Chokepoints”. This event shall discuss practical implications, regulatory tools and lawful responses to violations of maritime transit, with a special focus on countries that are not party to UNCLOS.
